Convenient location, friendly staff, spacious rooms with great views, good value for money, free shuttle and close to train station and amenities, excellent breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station and bus stop. the room was clean and comfortable with great views. the staff were friendly and offered free drinks in the afternoon and evening, as well as coupons for local attractions. the laundry facilities were a nice bonus for longer stays.

The limited English proficiency of some staff members may cause communication difficulties.

Great location right next to the train station and with easy access to restaurants and entertainment. Clean and tidy rooms with free breakfast and wi-fi making it great value for money. The friendly staff provided a warm welcome and were always willing to offer local information.

The main downside is that the rooms are quite small, which might not be ideal for longer stays or families with children. While the hotel offers laundry facilities for guests, it might be a drawback that there are no on-site restaurant options available, although there are plenty in the surrounding area.

Spent a delightful Christmas at this cozy hotel. the breakfast was a definite plus, with a good variety of items to choose from. Plus, the location couldn't be better - just a stone's throw away from the train station. the coffee machine in the lobby was a lifesaver, especially during the chilly mornings.

The room was a bit on the small side, but that's to be expected in Japan. the bed was a bit too tiny for a couple, making it a bit difficult to move around at night.
